Your First 30 Days in eStarNetwork Now that you’re registered, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable eStarNetwork business, it’s time to realize exactly what you must do in the 1st month in eStarNetwork to get paid.

In eStarNetwork, there’s basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are several phases to each process, we’re going to focus on what you must do to profit in the first month since you started your eStarNetwork business.

#1) Retailing in eStarNetwork

When you initially attended your eStarNetwork presentation, or were exposed to eStarNetwork through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in eStarNetwork and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to share eStarNetwork and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of eStarNetwork’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential clients and how their lifestyle will be impacted from buying this product.

eStarNetwork is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in eStarNetwork

The true leverage in building your eStarNetwork business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the eStarNetwork business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of eStarNetwork once you “change your reality” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have quotas and goals you want to hit so that you can earn a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of eStarNetwork than the money. Of course the money a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, enhancing your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

Once you start to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in eStarNetwork, share the merits of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your eStarNetwork commissions!
