Your First 30 Days in gibLine Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to build a thriving gibLine business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you must do in the 1st thirty days in gibLine to get a check.

In gibLine, there’s 2 main ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

While there are many steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus on what you should do to get a check in the 1st month of building your gibLine business.

#1) Retailing in gibLine

The day you attended your gibLine meeting, or were exposed to the business through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in gibLine and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share gibLine and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of gibLine’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential clients and how their lifestyle will be enhanced because of buying this product.

gibLine is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you must implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in gibLine

The true leverage in building your gibLine business is in building a team of people who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the gibLine business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume will avoid us at the next family event.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of gibLine once you “change your reality” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have quotas and milestones you want to hit so that you can receive a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining gibLine than just the money. Of course the money a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded individuals, enhancing your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you start to interpret the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in gibLine, explain the pros of being united, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your gibLine commissions!
