Your First 30 Days in Synaura Now that you are enrolled, excited and ready to build a profitable Synaura business, you need to think about exactly what you need to do in the 1st thirty days in Synaura to get paid.

In Synaura, there are two main ways to get money. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

Although there are many phases to each process, we’re going to focus on those you need to know to turn a profit in the 1st month since you started your Synaura business.

#1) Selling Products in Synaura

The day you attended your Synaura meeting, or were exposed to the opportunity through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Synaura and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Synaura and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Synaura’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

Synaura is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you must implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Synaura

The true fortune in building your Synaura business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Synaura business because we often associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we assume will dodge us at the next social gathering.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of Synaura if you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and goals to meet so that you can earn a fat commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining Synaura than the money. Of course it is an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, fostering your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The moment you begin to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To sponsor effectively in Synaura, share the benefits of being united, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Synaura commissions!
