Your First 30 Days in Yoli Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Yoli business, it’s time to realize exactly what you must do in your 1st 30 days in Yoli to get paid.

In Yoli, there are basically two ways to get money. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are several phases to each process, we are going to focus only on what you must know to get a check in the 1st 30 days of building your Yoli business.

#1) Selling Products in Yoli

The day you attended your Yoli meeting, or were exposed to Yoli through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in Yoli and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share Yoli and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Yoli’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be impacted from buying this product.

Yoli is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Yoli

The true leverage in building a Yoli business is in building a network of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Yoli business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume are going to dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Yoli once you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Even though you have personal numbers and objectives to hit so that you can receive a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to being a part of Yoli than the money. Of course money is an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, enhancing your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you can learn to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Yoli, explain the advantages of being connected, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Yoli commissions!
