Your First 30 Days in Become Now that you’re registered, excited and ready to build a thriving Become business, it’s time to think about exactly what you must do in your 1st 30 days in Become to start making money.

When you first attended your Become presentation, or were exposed to Become through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Become and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Become and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Become’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of buying this product.

Become is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Become

The true leverage in building a Become business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Become business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume are going to dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of Become once you “change your reality” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and milestones you want to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining Become than the money. Of course money is an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The moment you decide to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Become, explain the benefits of being connected, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Become commissions!
