Your First 30 Days in DeTech Now that you are enrolled, excited and ready to build a profitable DeTech business, you must consider exactly what you must do in the first 30 days in DeTech to turn a profit.

In DeTech, there are two primary ways to get money. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you should know to get a check in the 1st 30 days since you started your DeTech business.

#1) Selling Products in DeTech

When you first attended your DeTech meeting, or were exposed to DeTech through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you believe in DeTech and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share DeTech and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of DeTech’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential buyers and how their lives will be improved because of buying this product.

DeTech is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more casual you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in DeTech

The true leverage in building a DeTech business is in building a team of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the DeTech business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting part of DeTech if you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and milestones to hit so that you can receive a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of DeTech than making money. Of course money is an important reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, enhancing your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you decide to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in DeTech, explain the benefits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your DeTech commissions!
