C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Tiscali’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

Although you have personal numbers and targets you want to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Tiscali than the money. Of course the money a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, enhancing your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The minute you start to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in Tiscali, explain the advantages of being united, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Tiscali commissions!
