Your First 30 Days in USANA Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to build a thriving USANA business, it’s time to consider exactly what you need to do in the first 30 days in USANA to get a check.

In USANA, there’s basically 2 ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

Although there are several phases to each process, we are going to focus on those you must do to get paid in the 1st thirty days of building your USANA business.

#1) Selling Products in USANA

When you first attended your USANA meeting, or were exposed to USANA through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you believe in USANA and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about USANA and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of USANA’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential customers and how their lifestyle will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.

USANA is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in USANA

The true leverage in building your USANA business is in building a network of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the USANA business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at the next family gathering.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of USANA once you “change your reality” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have quotas and targets to meet so that you can earn a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of USANA than making money. Of course that’s an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, enhancing your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you begin to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in USANA, share the merits of being united, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your USANA commissions!
