Your First 30 Days in NuPro Now that you’re all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving NuPro business, it’s time to realize exactly what you must do in the first 30 days in NuPro to turn a profit.

In NuPro, there are basically 2 ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

Even though there are several steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus only on those you must know to get a check in the 1st 30 days of building your NuPro business.

#1) Selling Products in NuPro

The day you attended your NuPro meeting, or were exposed to NuPro through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you believe in NuPro and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share NuPro and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of NuPro’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be improved from buying this product.

NuPro is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in NuPro

The true leverage in building a NuPro business is in building a team of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the NuPro business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of NuPro once you “change your assumption” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have quotas and goals you want to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining NuPro than the money. Of course that’s an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, improving your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you begin to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in NuPro, explain the benefits of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your NuPro commissions!
