Your First 30 Days in LikeWear Now that you are enrolled, excited and ready to build a thriving LikeWear business, it’s time to realize exactly what you must do in the first month in LikeWear to profit.

In LikeWear, there’s basically 2 ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Building A Team

While there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus on what you must know to profit in the first thirty days starting your LikeWear business.

#1) Product Sales in LikeWear

The day you attended your LikeWear presentation, or were exposed to the business through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in LikeWear and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share LikeWear and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of LikeWear’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

LikeWear is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in LikeWear

The true leverage in building a LikeWear business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the LikeWear business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of LikeWear once you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Even though you have metrics and targets you want to hit so that you can earn a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of LikeWear than making money. Of course the money an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

Once you can learn to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in LikeWear, explain the merits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your LikeWear commissions!
