Your First 30 Days in Nikken Now that you’re all signed up, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable Nikken business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you have to do in your 1st thirty days in Nikken to start making money.

In Nikken, there are two main ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

Although there are many steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus on what you should know to profit in the 1st month of building your Nikken business.

#1) Product Sales in Nikken

When you initially attended your Nikken presentation, or were exposed to the company through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Nikken and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share Nikken and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Nikken’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential clients and how their lifestyle will be enhanced from buying this product.

Nikken is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Nikken

The true fortune in building a Nikken business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Nikken business because we sometimes associate the act of recruiting with friends and family that we presume are going to dodge us at the next family gathering.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Nikken once you “change your thinking” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have quotas and goals you want to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining Nikken than just the money. Of course it is an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, improving your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you decide to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in Nikken, explain the pros of being united, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Nikken commissions!
