Your First 30 Days in NLC International Now that you are enrolled, excited and ready to build a profitable NLC International business, it’s time for you to consider exactly what you need to do in your first thirty days in NLC International to profit.

In NLC International, there’s basically two ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting

While there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus on those you should know to profit in the first thirty days of building your NLC International business.

#1) Product Sales in NLC International

When you first attended your NLC International meeting, or were exposed to NLC International through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in NLC International and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are vital. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about NLC International and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of NLC International’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be improved because of purchasing this product.

NLC International is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you must utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in NLC International

The true leverage in building your NLC International business is in building a network of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the NLC International business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of NLC International once you “change your assumption” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have quotas and objectives you want to hit so that you can earn a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of NLC International than the money. Of course the money an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you begin to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in NLC International, explain the benefits of being united, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your NLC International commissions!
