Your First 30 Days in QLXchange Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to build a thriving QLXchange business, you must consider exactly what you have to do in the first 30 days in QLXchange to profit.

2. Recruiting

#1) Selling Products in QLXchange

The day you attended your QLXchange meeting, or were exposed to the company through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in QLXchange and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about QLXchange and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of QLXchange’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of buying this product.

QLXchange is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

This is often the most feared aspect of the QLXchange business because we often associate the act of sponsoring with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at the next social event.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun aspect of QLXchange if you “change your opinion” about what team building really is. Even though you have quotas and targets you want to hit so that you can earn a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining QLXchange than just the money. Of course the money an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, stimulating your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you begin to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in QLXchange, explain the pros of being united, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your QLXchange commissions!
