Your First 30 Days in uVme Now that you’re all signed up, pumped up and ready to build a thriving uVme business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you must do in your first month in uVme to turn a profit.

In uVme, there’s two primary ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are many phases to both processes, we are going to focus on those you should know to get a check in the first 30 days since you started building your uVme business.

#1) Retailing in uVme

When you first attended your uVme presentation, or were exposed to uVme through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you believe in uVme and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the payment plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about uVme and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of uVme’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.

uVme is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you have to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in uVme

The true leverage in building your uVme business is in building a network of people who multiply your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the uVme business because we often associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of uVme once you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have quotas and milestones you want to hit so that you can receive a fat commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining uVme than the money. Of course it is an important reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, stimulating your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

Once you decide to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in uVme, share the advantages of being united, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your uVme commissions!
