Your First 30 Days in Joystar Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to build a profitable Joystar business, it’s time for you to learn exactly what you need to do in the first thirty days in Joystar to start making money.

In Joystar, there are two main ways to get money. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

Although there are many phases to each process, we’re going to focus only on those you need to do to profit in the 1st 30 days of building your Joystar business.

#1) Retailing in Joystar

When you first attended your Joystar presentation, or were exposed to Joystar through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Joystar and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Joystar and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Joystar’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the requirements of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be improved from buying this product.

Joystar is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Joystar

The true fortune in building a Joystar business is in building a team of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Joystar business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume are going to dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Joystar if you “change your reality” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have personal numbers and objectives to meet so that you can earn a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining Joystar than just the money. Of course money is an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, enhancing your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you decide to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in Joystar, share the merits of being united, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Joystar commissions!
