Your First 30 Days in StemTech Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving StemTech business, it’s time for you to learn exactly what you need to do in the first month in StemTech to get a check.

In StemTech, there are 2 primary ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are many steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus only on what you must do to get paid in the first month since you started building your StemTech business.

#1) Selling Products in StemTech

The day you attended your StemTech meeting, or were exposed to StemTech through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in StemTech and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about StemTech and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of StemTech’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lives will be improved because of buying this product.

StemTech is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you have to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in StemTech

The true leverage in building your StemTech business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the StemTech business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at the next family gathering.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of StemTech once you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Even though you have metrics and objectives to hit so that you can earn a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining StemTech than just the money. Of course money is an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded individuals, improving your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you can learn to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in StemTech, share the advantages of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your StemTech commissions!
