Your First 30 Days in Unaico Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Unaico business, it’s time for you to consider exactly what you have to do in the 1st month in Unaico to turn a profit.

In Unaico, there’s two primary ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Even though there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you must do to start making money in the 1st month of building your Unaico business.

#1) Retailing in Unaico

The day you attended your Unaico presentation, or were exposed to Unaico through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in Unaico and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share Unaico and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Unaico’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of buying this product.

Unaico is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Unaico

The true leverage in building your Unaico business is in building a team of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the Unaico business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume are going to avoid us at the next social gathering.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of Unaico if you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have metrics and milestones you want to hit so that you can receive a fat commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of Unaico than just the money. Of course it is a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The moment you decide to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To sponsor effectively in Unaico, explain the advantages of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Unaico commissions!
