Your First 30 Days in Vemma Now that you’re all signed up, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving Vemma business, it’s time for you to learn exactly what you must do in your first thirty days in Vemma to profit.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to share Vemma and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Vemma’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of buying this product.

Vemma is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Vemma

The true leverage in building a Vemma business is in building a team of people who multiply your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the Vemma business because we sometimes associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we presume will avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of Vemma if you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have metrics and goals you want to meet so that you can receive a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Vemma than the money. Of course it is an important reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The moment you start to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Vemma, explain the merits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Vemma commissions!
