In EvolvHealth, there’s 2 main ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

Even though there are several steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus on those you must know to get a check in the 1st month of building your EvolvHealth business.

#1) Retailing in EvolvHealth

The day you attended your EvolvHealth presentation, or were exposed to the company through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in EvolvHealth and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before racing off to share EvolvHealth and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of EvolvHealth’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential customers and how their lives will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.

EvolvHealth is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you have to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in EvolvHealth

The true fortune in building your EvolvHealth business is in building a team of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the EvolvHealth business because we sometimes associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we assume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of EvolvHealth if you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have personal numbers and targets you want to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of EvolvHealth than the money. Of course money is an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, improving your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

Once you can learn to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.
