Your First 30 Days in SereniGy Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to build a thriving SereniGy business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you have to do in your 1st thirty days in SereniGy to get a check.

In SereniGy, there’s basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Recruiting

Although there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you must know to profit in the first 30 days of building your SereniGy business.

#1) Product Sales in SereniGy

The day you attended your SereniGy presentation, or were exposed to the opportunity through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in SereniGy and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about SereniGy and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of SereniGy’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential clients and how their lives will be impacted from buying this product.

SereniGy is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in SereniGy

The true leverage in building your SereniGy business is in building a network of people who multiply your results, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the SereniGy business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of SereniGy once you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and goals to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining SereniGy than making money. Of course it is an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, enhancing your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The moment you start to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in SereniGy, share the pros of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your SereniGy commissions!
