2 Tips to Get Paid in Your 1st Month in Ecoquest
Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Ecoquest business, it’s time for you to learn exactly what you have to do in the 1st 30 days in Ecoquest to start making money.
In Ecoquest, there are two primary ways to generate a paycheck. They are:
1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting
Although there are many phases to each process, we’re going to focus only on those you must do to turn a profit in the first 30 days of building your Ecoquest business.
#1) Product Sales in Ecoquest
The day you attended your Ecoquest meeting, or were exposed to Ecoquest through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you believe in Ecoquest and what they have to offer.
Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.
When it comes to offering the product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share Ecoquest and their products with the market, which are:
A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?
As convinced as you are about the merits of Ecoquest’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be improved from buying this product.
Ecoquest is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to execute the sales process, which is:
A. Create rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal
The more relaxed you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!
#2) Recruiting in Ecoquest
The true fortune in building your Ecoquest business is in building a network of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Ecoquest business because we often associate the act of sponsoring with friends and family that we presume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.
Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Ecoquest if you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and objectives to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.
There’s so much more to joining Ecoquest than just the money. Of course that’s an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.
The moment you begin to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.
To build a team effectively in Ecoquest, share the merits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Ecoquest commissions!
