Your First 30 Days in iJango Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving iJango business, it’s time to learn exactly what you have to do in your first 30 days in iJango to get paid.

In iJango, there are basically 2 ways to get money. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

Although there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus on what you need to do to profit in the 1st month since you started your iJango business.

#1) Selling Products in iJango

The day you attended your iJango meeting, or were exposed to iJango through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in iJango and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about iJango and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of iJango’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential customers and how their lifestyle will be enhanced because of buying this product.

iJango is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in iJango

The true leverage in building a iJango business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the iJango business because we sometimes associate the act of sponsoring with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting part of iJango if you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have metrics and targets you want to meet so that you can earn a fat commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining iJango than just the money. Of course the money an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, stimulating your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

Once you decide to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in iJango, explain the advantages of being united, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your iJango commissions!
