As convinced as you are about the merits of Mondelis’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lives will be improved because of purchasing this product.

Mondelis is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal
