Your First 30 Days in Enjo Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to build a thriving Enjo business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you must do in your 1st thirty days in Enjo to profit.

In Enjo, there’s two primary ways to get money. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Building A Team

Even though there are many steps involved in each process, we are going to focus on those you should know to turn a profit in the first month starting your Enjo business.

#1) Product Sales in Enjo

The day you attended your Enjo meeting, or were exposed to Enjo through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in Enjo and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Enjo and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Enjo’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be impacted from buying this product.

Enjo is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Enjo

The true fortune in building your Enjo business is in building a team of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Enjo business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume are going to dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Enjo once you “change your reality” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have metrics and milestones to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to being a part of Enjo than making money. Of course that’s an important reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded people, stimulating your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The moment you can learn to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Enjo, share the pros of being united, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Enjo commissions!
