Your First 30 Days in Huzo Now that you are enrolled, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving Huzo business, it’s time for you to learn exactly what you must do in the first month in Huzo to get a check.

In Huzo, there’s basically 2 ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

Although there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus on those you need to know to get paid in the 1st month of building your Huzo business.

#1) Retailing in Huzo

When you initially attended your Huzo presentation, or were exposed to Huzo through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Huzo and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to share Huzo and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Huzo’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

Huzo is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Huzo

The true leverage in building a Huzo business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Huzo business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume are going to avoid us at the next family gathering.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of Huzo once you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have quotas and targets you want to hit so that you can earn a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to being a part of Huzo than just the money. Of course money is a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded people, fostering your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The moment you begin to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in Huzo, share the benefits of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Huzo commissions!
