Your First 30 Days in Mannatech Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a profitable Mannatech business, you must learn exactly what you have to do in your 1st month in Mannatech to get a check.

In Mannatech, there are basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

While there are several steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus on those you need to know to start making money in the first month of building your Mannatech business.

#1) Retailing in Mannatech

When you first attended your Mannatech meeting, or were exposed to the company through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Mannatech and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Mannatech and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Mannatech’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the requirements of your potential clients and how their lifestyle will be impacted because of buying this product.

Mannatech is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Mannatech

The true fortune in building your Mannatech business is in building a network of people who multiply your results, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Mannatech business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at the next family gathering.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Mannatech if you “change your opinion” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have quotas and goals you want to hit so that you can receive a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining Mannatech than just the money. Of course money is a critical reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded individuals, stimulating your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The moment you can learn to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in Mannatech, share the merits of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Mannatech commissions!
