Your First 30 Days in OnlyGreen Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable OnlyGreen business, you must learn exactly what you have to do in your 1st month in OnlyGreen to turn a profit.

In OnlyGreen, there’s basically two ways to get paid. They are:

2. Recruiting

While there are several steps involved in each process, we are going to focus on what you should know to get paid in the 1st 30 days since you started building your OnlyGreen business.

#1) Product Sales in OnlyGreen

When you initially attended your OnlyGreen presentation, or were exposed to OnlyGreen through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in OnlyGreen and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share OnlyGreen and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of OnlyGreen’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lives will be impacted from purchasing this product.

OnlyGreen is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in OnlyGreen

The true leverage in building your OnlyGreen business is in building a network of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the OnlyGreen business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at the next social gathering.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of OnlyGreen if you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Although you have personal numbers and goals to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining OnlyGreen than the money. Of course it is an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive entrepreneurs, enhancing your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

Once you start to interpret the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in OnlyGreen, explain the pros of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your OnlyGreen commissions!
