Your First 30 Days in QNET Now that you’re registered, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving QNET business, it’s time to consider exactly what you must do in the first thirty days in QNET to get a check.

In QNET, there are basically 2 ways to get paid. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

Although there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus only on what you should do to get a check in the first 30 days of building your QNET business.

#1) Retailing in QNET

The day you attended your QNET presentation, or were exposed to QNET through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in QNET and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about QNET and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of QNET’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential customers and how their lifestyle will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

QNET is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in QNET

The true leverage in building your QNET business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the QNET business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume are going to dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of QNET once you “change your opinion” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have quotas and goals to meet so that you can earn a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of QNET than just the money. Of course the money an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, enhancing your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you can learn to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in QNET, explain the benefits of being united, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your QNET commissions!
