How to Get Paid in RevvNRG in Your 1st Month–Two Tips
Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving RevvNRG business, you must consider exactly what you need to do in the 1st month in RevvNRG to start making money.
In RevvNRG, there are basically 2 ways to generate a paycheck. They are:
1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team
Although there are several steps involved in each process, we are going to focus only on what you need to do to start making money in the 1st month of building your RevvNRG business.
#1) Selling Products in RevvNRG
When you initially attended your RevvNRG meeting, or were exposed to the business through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in RevvNRG and what they have to offer.
Regardless if it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.
When it comes to sharing the product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share RevvNRG and their products with the market, these being:
A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?
As convinced as you are about the merits of RevvNRG’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential customers and how their lives will be enhanced from purchasing this product.
RevvNRG is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:
A. Create rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal
The more relaxed you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!
#2) Building A Team in RevvNRG
The true leverage in building a RevvNRG business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the RevvNRG business because we sometimes associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.
Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of RevvNRG once you “change your reality” about what recruiting really is. Although you have personal numbers and objectives to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.
There’s so much more to joining RevvNRG than making money. Of course it is a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, enhancing your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.
The minute you start to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.
To sponsor effectively in RevvNRG, share the pros of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your RevvNRG commissions!
