Your First 30 Days in SoulPurpose Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving SoulPurpose business, it’s time to consider exactly what you must do in the 1st 30 days in SoulPurpose to turn a profit.

In SoulPurpose, there’s basically 2 ways to get money. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Recruiting

While there are several phases to each process, we are going to focus on what you need to know to turn a profit in the first month of building your SoulPurpose business.

#1) Product Sales in SoulPurpose

The day you attended your SoulPurpose presentation, or were exposed to the products through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in SoulPurpose and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share SoulPurpose and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of SoulPurpose’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential clients and how their lives will be enhanced from buying this product.

SoulPurpose is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you have to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in SoulPurpose

The true leverage in building a SoulPurpose business is in building a team of people who multiply your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the SoulPurpose business because we sometimes associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we presume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun aspect of SoulPurpose once you “change your mindset” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have personal numbers and milestones to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining SoulPurpose than the money. Of course money is an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, fostering your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you start to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in SoulPurpose, share the merits of being united, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your SoulPurpose commissions!
