Your First 30 Days in DXN Now that you’re all signed up, excited and ready to build a thriving DXN business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you must do in your 1st thirty days in DXN to turn a profit.

In DXN, there’s basically 2 ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

Although there are several steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus only on those you should do to get a check in the first thirty days since you started building your DXN business.

#1) Retailing in DXN

The day you attended your DXN presentation, or were exposed to DXN through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in DXN and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are vital. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to share DXN and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of DXN’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.

DXN is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in DXN

The true fortune in building a DXN business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the DXN business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume will dodge us at the next family gathering.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of DXN if you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have metrics and objectives to meet so that you can receive a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of DXN than just the money. Of course it is a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, enhancing your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The minute you begin to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in DXN, explain the advantages of being united, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your DXN commissions!
