Your First 30 Days in FamilyIQ Now that you’re all signed up, excited and ready to build a profitable FamilyIQ business, you must consider exactly what you must do in the 1st month in FamilyIQ to profit.

In FamilyIQ, there’s basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Even though there are many steps involved in each process, we are going to focus only on those you need to know to profit in the 1st month starting your FamilyIQ business.

#1) Retailing in FamilyIQ

When you initially attended your FamilyIQ meeting, or were exposed to FamilyIQ through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in FamilyIQ and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share FamilyIQ and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of FamilyIQ’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be improved because of buying this product.

FamilyIQ is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in FamilyIQ

The true fortune in building a FamilyIQ business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the FamilyIQ business because we sometimes associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we assume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of FamilyIQ if you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and targets to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining FamilyIQ than making money. Of course that’s an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded entrepreneurs, improving your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The moment you decide to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in FamilyIQ, explain the merits of being united, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your FamilyIQ commissions!
