Your First 30 Days in OPN Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving OPN business, it’s time for you to learn exactly what you have to do in the 1st 30 days in OPN to start making money.

In OPN, there are two main ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are many steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus on what you must know to get a check in the first 30 days of building your OPN business.

#1) Product Sales in OPN

The day you attended your OPN meeting, or were exposed to the company through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in OPN and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share OPN and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of OPN’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be impacted from purchasing this product.

OPN is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in OPN

The true fortune in building your OPN business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the OPN business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume will avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of OPN if you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have quotas and targets you want to meet so that you can receive a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining OPN than the money. Of course money is an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, stimulating your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The minute you start to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in OPN, share the pros of being connected, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your OPN commissions!
