How to Start Making Money in Bioperformance in Your 1st 30 Days–2 Ways
Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving Bioperformance business, you need to realize exactly what you must do in the 1st 30 days in Bioperformance to get a check.
In Bioperformance, there are basically 2 ways to generate commissions. They are:
1. Retailing
2. Building A Team
While there are several steps involved in each process, we are going to focus only on what you should do to start making money in the first month since you started building your Bioperformance business.
#1) Product Sales in Bioperformance
When you first attended your Bioperformance presentation, or were exposed to Bioperformance through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Bioperformance and what they were offering.
Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.
When it comes to sharing the products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Bioperformance and their products with the market, these being:
A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?
As convinced as you are about the benefits of Bioperformance’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lives will be improved from buying this product.
Bioperformance is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:
A. Build a rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal
The more conversational you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!
#2) Recruiting in Bioperformance
The true leverage in building a Bioperformance business is in building a team of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Bioperformance business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume are going to dodge us at the next social gathering.
Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Bioperformance once you “change your opinion” about what team building really is. Even though you have quotas and milestones you want to meet so that you can earn a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.
There’s so much more to joining Bioperformance than making money. Of course the money an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, enhancing your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.
The minute you start to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.
To build a team effectively in Bioperformance, share the advantages of being united, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Bioperformance commissions!
