Your First 30 Days in CityWorth Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to build a thriving CityWorth business, it’s time to learn exactly what you must do in your 1st month in CityWorth to turn a profit.

In CityWorth, there are two primary ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

Even though there are several steps involved in each process, we are going to focus only on those you need to do to get a check in the 1st month of building your CityWorth business.

#1) Product Sales in CityWorth

When you first attended your CityWorth presentation, or were exposed to CityWorth through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in CityWorth and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about CityWorth and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of CityWorth’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential clients and how their lifestyle will be improved from purchasing this product.

CityWorth is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in CityWorth

The true fortune in building your CityWorth business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the CityWorth business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at the next social event.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of CityWorth once you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have quotas and goals to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining CityWorth than just the money. Of course that’s an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded people, enhancing your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you can learn to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in CityWorth, share the advantages of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your CityWorth commissions!
