Your First 30 Days in Isagenix Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Isagenix business, you must think about exactly what you need to do in your first month in Isagenix to get paid.

In Isagenix, there’s basically 2 ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Recruiting

Although there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus on those you should know to get a check in the first thirty days starting your Isagenix business.

#1) Retailing in Isagenix

The day you attended your Isagenix meeting, or were exposed to the products through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Isagenix and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share Isagenix and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Isagenix’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the requirements of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be impacted from buying this product.

Isagenix is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Isagenix

The true leverage in building a Isagenix business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Isagenix business because we often associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at the next family event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Isagenix if you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have metrics and goals you want to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining Isagenix than making money. Of course money is an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, improving your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you begin to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in Isagenix, explain the pros of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Isagenix commissions!
