Your First 30 Days in PartyLite Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a thriving PartyLite business, you need to think about exactly what you must do in the first month in PartyLite to turn a profit.

In PartyLite, there are basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Even though there are many phases to each process, we’re going to focus only on those you must do to start making money in the first thirty days of building your PartyLite business.

#1) Selling Products in PartyLite

When you first attended your PartyLite meeting, or were exposed to PartyLite through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you believe in PartyLite and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about PartyLite and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of PartyLite’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be enhanced from purchasing this product.

PartyLite is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in PartyLite

The true fortune in building your PartyLite business is in building a team of people who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the PartyLite business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of PartyLite if you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and objectives to meet so that you can receive a fat paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of PartyLite than the money. Of course that’s an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, fostering your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The moment you start to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in PartyLite, share the benefits of being united, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your PartyLite commissions!
