Your First 30 Days in Pyxism Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to build a profitable Pyxism business, you need to consider exactly what you need to do in the first 30 days in Pyxism to profit.

In Pyxism, there’s basically two ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

While there are several phases to each process, we are going to focus on those you must do to get a check in the first month of building your Pyxism business.

#1) Product Sales in Pyxism

When you initially attended your Pyxism meeting, or were exposed to Pyxism through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Pyxism and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Pyxism and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Pyxism’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lives will be impacted because of buying this product.

Pyxism is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Pyxism

The true fortune in building a Pyxism business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Pyxism business because we sometimes associate the act of sponsoring with friends and family that we assume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of Pyxism once you “change your assumption” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have personal numbers and goals to hit so that you can earn a nice commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining Pyxism than just the money. Of course that’s an important reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, enhancing your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you can learn to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in Pyxism, share the benefits of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Pyxism commissions!
