This is CRITICAL!!! Hardly any people in EPXbody realize the principle of relinquishing some leisure hours to accomplish success. The fact is that achieving success in EPXbody isn’t trivial or without challenges nor will it accidentally occur. It is a deliberate operation which requires deliberate time management and organization from those who intend to achieve success.
As an example, you might have some mandatory tv shows that you’d hardly skip or an activity that you participate in in your free time. This must be adjusted, however, as soon as you decide to start a EPXbody business. Those TV shows may need to be skipped or recorded and your hobbies might need be put on hold if they hinder your EPXbody and team events.
By determining the activities you’re ready to limit in the beginning to reach your goals, you establish that you may have the “stuff” necessary to achieve success in EPXbody!
