It is a deliberate operation that demands deliberate time management and organization from folks who intend to achieve success.
For example, you may have a few must-see TV shows that you never go without seeing or an activity that you participate in in your free time. This must be adjusted, though, as soon as you make the commitment to get serious about a For Earth business. Those TV programs will need to be missed or recorded and your leisure activities might need be placed on moratorium if they interfere with your For Earth and team gatherings.
