This is VITAL!!! Few individuals in Willow House realize the importance of sacrificing some spare time to reach success. To be honest, accomplishing success in Willow House isn’t trivial or convenient nor will it occur by chance. It is a deliberate process that requires deliberate organization and time management by those who intend to achieve success.
As an example, you may have a few must-see t.v. shows that you hardly go without seeing or an activity that you enjoy during your spare time. This has to be adjusted, however, once you make the commitment to start a Willow House business. Those TV shows will need to be skipped or DVR’d and your hobbies may need be put on moratorium if they conflict with your Willow House and team functions.
By determining the activities you are willing to give up at the beginning to reach your goals, you show that you may have the “stuff” required to achieve success in Willow House!
