Your First 30 Days in Wela Now that you’re all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving Wela business, it’s time to think about exactly what you have to do in your first thirty days in Wela to turn a profit.

In Wela, there are basically 2 ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting

Despite the fact that there are several steps involved in each process, we are going to focus only on those you must do to get paid in the first 30 days of building your Wela business.

#1) Retailing in Wela

The day you attended your Wela meeting, or were exposed to Wela through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Wela and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to share Wela and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Wela’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the requirements of your potential clients and how their lives will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

Wela is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you must implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Wela

The true leverage in building a Wela business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the Wela business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume will avoid us at the next social event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of Wela once you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Even though you have personal numbers and goals you want to meet so that you can earn a fat commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Wela than just the money. Of course that’s an important reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded individuals, enhancing your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The minute you start to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Wela, explain the merits of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Wela commissions!
