Your First 30 Days in Rodan and Fields Now that you’re registered, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving Rodan and Fields business, you need to realize exactly what you have to do in your first 30 days in Rodan and Fields to profit.

In Rodan and Fields, there are two primary ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are many steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus only on those you should know to profit in the first month starting your Rodan and Fields business.

When you first attended your Rodan and Fields meeting, or were exposed to Rodan and Fields through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Rodan and Fields and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Rodan and Fields and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Rodan and Fields’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential clients and how their lives will be improved because of buying this product.

Rodan and Fields is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Rodan and Fields

The true fortune in building your Rodan and Fields business is in building a network of people who multiply your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Rodan and Fields business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of Rodan and Fields once you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and milestones you want to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining Rodan and Fields than making money. Of course the money an integral reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, improving your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you decide to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.
