Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to build a thriving Agel business, it’s time for you to realize exactly what you have to do in the first month in Agel to get paid.
In Agel, there’s basically 2 ways to generate an income. They are:
1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team
Although there are many steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus on those you must do to start making money in the first thirty days starting your Agel business.
#1) Product Sales in Agel
When you first attended your Agel presentation, or were exposed to the opportunity through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in Agel and what they were offering.
Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.
When it comes to offering the product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Agel and their products with the market, which are:
A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?
As convinced as you are about the benefits of Agel’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be improved from buying this product.
Agel is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:
A. Create rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal
The more friendly you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!
#2) Sponsoring in Agel
The true leverage in building a Agel business is in building a network of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Agel business because we often associate the act of sponsoring with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at Christmas Dinner.
Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of Agel once you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have personal numbers and objectives you want to meet so that you can earn a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.
There is so much more to joining Agel than making money. Of course it is an important reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.
The minute you can learn to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.
To sponsor effectively in Agel, share the benefits of being united, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Agel commissions!
