Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving iMoms business, you must think about exactly what you need to do in the 1st thirty days in iMoms to get paid.
In iMoms, there’s 2 primary ways to generate commissions. They are:
1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting
Despite the fact that there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus on what you should know to turn a profit in the 1st thirty days of building your iMoms business.
#1) Retailing in iMoms
When you initially attended your iMoms presentation, or were exposed to iMoms through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in iMoms and what they were offering.
Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.
When it comes to sharing your products and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are vital. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about iMoms and their products with the market, these being:
A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?
As convinced as you are about the merits of iMoms’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential clients and how their lifestyle will be enhanced from buying this product.
iMoms is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:
A. Create rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal
The more casual you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!
#2) Building A Team in iMoms
The true leverage in building your iMoms business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the iMoms business because we often associate the task of recruiting with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.
Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of iMoms once you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have metrics and targets to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.
There is so much more to being a part of iMoms than the money. Of course the money a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, stimulating your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.
The minute you begin to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.
To recruit effectively in iMoms, share the pros of being united, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your iMoms commissions!
