Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Project Breakthrough business, you need to realize exactly what you have to do in the 1st thirty days in Project Breakthrough to profit.
In Project Breakthrough, there are 2 main ways to generate commissions. They are:
1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting
Despite the fact that there are several phases to both processes, we are going to focus on those you must do to profit in the 1st 30 days of building your Project Breakthrough business.
#1) Selling Products in Project Breakthrough
The day you attended your Project Breakthrough presentation, or were exposed to the business through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you believe in Project Breakthrough and what they have to offer.
Whether it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.
When it comes to offering the product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share Project Breakthrough and their products with the world, these being:
A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?
As convinced as you are about the benefits of Project Breakthrough’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential clients and how their lifestyle will be improved from purchasing this product.
Project Breakthrough is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:
A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal
The more casual you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!
#2) Recruiting in Project Breakthrough
The true leverage in building a Project Breakthrough business is in building a network of people who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Project Breakthrough business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at Christmas Dinner.
Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of Project Breakthrough once you “change your opinion” about what recruiting really is. Although you have metrics and objectives to meet so that you can receive a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.
There’s so much more to being a part of Project Breakthrough than making money. Of course it is an integral reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded people, fostering your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.
Once you decide to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.
To build a team effectively in Project Breakthrough, explain the merits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Project Breakthrough commissions!
