Your First 30 Days in Regal Ware Now that you are registered, excited and ready to build a profitable Regal Ware business, it’s time for you to consider exactly what you have to do in your first month in Regal Ware to turn a profit.

In Regal Ware, there are basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Although there are several steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus on those you must do to start making money in the 1st month since you started your Regal Ware business.

#1) Selling Products in Regal Ware

When you first attended your Regal Ware presentation, or were exposed to Regal Ware through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in Regal Ware and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Regal Ware and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Regal Ware’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be improved from purchasing this product.

Regal Ware is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you have to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Regal Ware

The true leverage in building your Regal Ware business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Regal Ware business because we often associate the act of recruiting with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at the next family gathering.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Regal Ware once you “change your thinking” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have metrics and objectives to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining Regal Ware than just the money. Of course the money an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, improving your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The moment you begin to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Regal Ware, explain the merits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Regal Ware commissions!
