Your First 30 Days in 21Ten Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable 21Ten business, it’s time to realize exactly what you must do in the 1st month in 21Ten to get a check.

In 21Ten, there are basically two ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

Even though there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus on those you should do to turn a profit in the 1st 30 days of building your 21Ten business.

#1) Selling Products in 21Ten

When you initially attended your 21Ten presentation, or were exposed to 21Ten through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in 21Ten and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to share 21Ten and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of 21Ten’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the requirements of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be impacted from purchasing this product.

21Ten is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in 21Ten

The true leverage in building a 21Ten business is in building a team of people who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the 21Ten business because we often associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of 21Ten if you “change your reality” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and milestones you want to meet so that you can receive a fat commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to being a part of 21Ten than making money. Of course the money an integral reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, fostering your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

Once you start to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in 21Ten, share the pros of being connected, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your 21Ten commissions!
