2 Strategies to Get Paid in Your First Month in Naturally Plus
Now that you’re registered, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving Naturally Plus business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you have to do in your 1st month in Naturally Plus to get paid.
In Naturally Plus, there are two main ways to get money. They are:
1. Retailing
2. Building A Team
Even though there are many steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus on those you need to know to get a check in the 1st 30 days of building your Naturally Plus business.
#1) Retailing in Naturally Plus
When you first attended your Naturally Plus meeting, or were exposed to Naturally Plus through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in Naturally Plus and what they have to offer.
Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.
When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to share Naturally Plus and their products with the world, these being:
A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?
As certain as you are about the benefits of Naturally Plus’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.
Naturally Plus is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to execute the sales process, which is:
A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal
The more casual you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!
#2) Building A Team in Naturally Plus
The true leverage in building a Naturally Plus business is in building a network of people who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Naturally Plus business because we sometimes associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we assume are going to dodge us at the next social gathering.
Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of Naturally Plus once you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have quotas and goals to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.
There is so much more to joining Naturally Plus than making money. Of course money is an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, enhancing your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.
The moment you can learn to interpret the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.
To build a team effectively in Naturally Plus, share the advantages of being connected, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Naturally Plus commissions!
