Your First 30 Days in Uppercase Living Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving Uppercase Living business, you must consider exactly what you need to do in the first month in Uppercase Living to get a check.

In Uppercase Living, there are basically 2 ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

While there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you should know to start making money in the first month starting your Uppercase Living business.

#1) Product Sales in Uppercase Living

The day you attended your Uppercase Living presentation, or were exposed to the company through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Uppercase Living and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Uppercase Living and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Uppercase Living’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be improved because of buying this product.

Uppercase Living is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Uppercase Living

The true leverage in building a Uppercase Living business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Uppercase Living business because we sometimes associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at the next social event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Uppercase Living once you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Even though you have quotas and goals to meet so that you can receive a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of Uppercase Living than making money. Of course the money an important reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, enhancing your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

Once you begin to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To sponsor effectively in Uppercase Living, explain the pros of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Uppercase Living commissions!
